Warm up with Sloe this winter!

This rainy month of June our feature Sin Gin is Sloe Gin which has been made for 1000s of years in England to warm everyone over the very cold winters. Our Sloe Gin is made with wild Tasmanian Sloe Berries which are soaked in Gold Medal Award Winning Sin Gin Greed for three to four months until we create this rich dark red liquor.

The 2022 Sloe Gin is drinking beautifully and the 2023 berries have just arrived and are still soaking in the Greed gin.

Sloe Gin can be drunk neat with or without ice, like a port. Our favourite cocktail is the Sloe Royale or Sloegasm as it’s called in England: Sloe Gin topped up with Prosecco.  YUM!
