Anna Hartley

Anna has been working in the hospitality industry for 4 years and has been in the employment of Sin Gin Distillery for 8 months. She reckons her speciality might be “chatting”. Haha!! What better way is there to enjoy a great gin than in a cocktail? Anna loves trolling through Pinterest for cocktail recipes to test. A current favourite includes her favourite gin – Sin Gin Wrath, jalapeño, lime, mint and ginger go together in a spicy citrus cocktail.

We have to say Anna is well suited to the hospitality industry; she just loves chatting to customers and getting to know them. Whilst working for Sin Gin, Anna has enjoyed working at markets, getting to meet other vendors and supporting other small businesses. Anna loves being apart of the Sin Gin team and finds inspiration in the kindness and welcome from all the Sin Gin crew as well as their passion over their work.

For Anna, the best way to unwind is to watch a movie with friends. Favourites:Peanut M&Ms, When Harry Met Sally (difficult to just name one favourite movie), ABBA, Fleetwood Mac, Florence + the Machine and Hozier, red (the colour of her beloved Honda Jazz and her fav Sin Gin, ), autumn (the leaves!!). She tends to always wear something colourful; at work, she would put on some funky socks or jewellery. Idol:maybe mum ‘cos she’s pretty cool…

Anna’s family includes two dogs, both are old boys but very much cherished. Claude is a mixed breed whom they’ve had for 13 years and Scruff is a Cairn Terrier who was adopted from her grandparents last year.
