Meet the team! - Simon

You may have already met Simon on visits out to our Swan Valley distillery! He is our Assistant Distiller and has been with us for 1 year as part of the distillery production team.

Simon loves being able to learn the arts and crafts about spirit creation, production and creating connections with other local distilleries.

His favourite gin is Gluttony and he loves mixing passionfruit sparkling water with it.

He loves to unwind by singing terribly to his favourite song Always by Keshi, or watching drifting videos.

Simon has two lovely dogs, Biscuit who is a Chihuahua, and Illiya who is a German Shephard.

You can catch Simon in the distillery and out at events representing Sin Gin!!
