Happy Hour - Charlie Chaplin

Oh boy, do we have a cocktail recipe for you!

Have you ever tried a Charlie Chaplin?

You’ll need Sloe Gin, Apricot Brandy (remember that stuff?) and fresh limes to make this fruity little number.

Ingredients -

• 30ml Sloe Gin (we recommend Sin Gin Sloe Gin)

• 30ml Apricot Brandy

• 30ml Freshly squeezed lime juice (not the bottled stuff)

• Ice

Method -

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

1. Shake, then strain into a martini glass

2. Garnish with a lime peel, lime wedge, or dehydrated lime wheel

3. Sip back and enjoy

So easy.

This cocktail is a classic for a reason!

It’s so refreshing you’ll think it evaporated…as a variation you can even serve over ice in a tall glass to make it last a little bit longer.
