Meet the Team! - Tess

We have a new General Manager. She’s not new to Sin Gin though, you might have met her before around the distillery or at one of the many events we sling gin at.

She has a passion for tourism & Hospitality, having completed an Advanced diploma of Tourism and a bachelor’s of Commence, Major of Tourism & Hospitality Management.  

When she's not slinging or talking about gin she enjoy spending time with my partner, reading books (thrillers in particular!), sewing, and getting outdoors.

Her go to Sin Gin gin for a G&T is Gluttony and I love Sloe gin over vanilla ice cream.
