The gin is Greed which is a Gold medal winner, Australian Distilled Spirits Awards 2018 and was matured for 4 months in a 20 litre ex Sullivans Cove Single Malt Whisky Cask (ex French Oak Port Cask) and is a lovely balance between juniper, oak, caramel and toffee flavours.
It has a pale honey colour and is a smooth drinking late evening nightcap. Mark drinks it neat, like a whisky and it makes an awesome Old Fashioned.
