Perth Pink has been finely crafted to create a sweet tasting and colourful Gin without using fruit or sweeteners. We combined Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Rosella flowers to make a Pink Gin that can be enjoyed with your favourite mixer. Add soda, tonic or lemonade to create a refreshing drink. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Found this in the Margaret River Liquorland whilst travelling in August last year from Sydney and have been trying to find locally. Luckily I have been able to get it directly from Sin Gin and now have a subscription!
